Registrations are open from January 31 until April 7, 2023 at 23.59 Central European Time (CET) zone

Registration requests sent after April 7, 2023 will be charged € 100,00 extra fee. To avoid long lines at the on-site registration counters, we encourage you to register for the meeting in advance.
The registration fee includes:
- Participation in the scientific sessions
- Access to the exhibition and poster area
- Conference kit
- Attendance certificate
- Lunches an coffee breaks
- Welcome reception
** Exhibitor fee DOES NOT include: conference kit and participation in the scientific sessions.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR GROUP


1.    Create your reserved area with username and password by March 1, 2023.
2.    Download the Import Spreadsheet Template and fill it in
3.    Upload your group spreadsheet template

 by March 22, 2023
4.    Manage your group until April 7, 2023.

Please notice that an email address is required for each delegate.




NAME CHANGES


Name changes will be accepted free of charge until April 7, 2023. After this date a name change fee of € 50,00 will be imposed. The previously booked registration will be automatically taken over to the replacing person's registration.




INDIVIDUALS CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted to the EMN2023 Organizing Secretariat by April 3, 2023, to receive a refund, less processing fee* (* € 30,00 standard registrations; € 15,00 under 35 years old and nurse registrations; € 5,00 data managers and sponsor registrations). All requests must include a brief description of reason for cancelling.
Please note that no refunds will be made after April 3, 2023. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on the account within four weeks. If your original payment was by wire transfer, refunds will be made out by wire transfer within 60 days after the conclusion of the meeting.




MEET THE EXPERT SESSIONS
The registration for the meet the expert sessions is now open.
Meet the Expert Sessions are on April 21 and April 22 from 8.00 am to 9.00 am.

The registration is not included in the Meeting Registration Fee. It costs Euro 20,00 per day (VAT included). This registration will not be refundable.
Each session is restricted to 30 participants.
Participants already registered in EMN2023 meeting can sign up to Meet the Expert sessions clicking on the title:
