The Exhibitor or Sponsor is responsible for ensuring that their promotion during the Congress is legally and ethically acceptable in Amsterdam. The organizing secretariat is not liable in any way for sponsors not complying to legal, ethical and industry standards. Dutch Code of Conduct for Pharmaceutical Advertising (CGR)
The “4th European Myeloma Network Meeting” falls under the exception of the Dutch Code of Conduct for Pharmaceutical Advertising, which means:


• The Organizing Secretariat will not restrict non-prescribers to enter the Exhibition or sponsored sessions, but will indicate prescriber / non-prescriber status on the badge; 

• The Organizing Secretariat will not be held responsible if the industry approaches non-prescribers via their booth or lets non-prescribers attend their Satellite Symposia
